Ethics

Securiport conducts its business with the highest standards and operates in full compliance with the laws of the United States and the local laws where we operate. As a global company, we understand that our ethical conduct is critical to our success.

US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act – FCPA

Securiport takes seriously its commitment to its Code of Ethics and in particular its compliance with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The FCPA prohibits bribery of foreign officials and deters corruption and abuses of power worldwide. It is illegal for US persons, including US companies and their subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents, to bribe foreign public officials. The Company strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption and takes all necessary steps to ensure that it does not occur in its business activities.

Securiport’s Anti-bribery Procedures

Securiport has a strict anti-corruption policy in place to ensure compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and any local anti-bribery legislation in the countries in which it operates. Securiport requires all employees and third-party partners and service providers to conduct company business in accordance with this policy and has implemented a program, overseen by a Compliance Department, to monitor, support, and provide guidance on compliance issues. A culture of compliance has been instituted across the organization, well supported by top management.

Securiport’s Compliance Program

Securiport is vigilant with performing due diligence on all its prospective representatives and partners abroad. Securiport has a well-defined due diligence process that each individual or company must complete before they can sign a services agreement to represent the company and market its services overseas. Securiport provides mandatory anti-bribery training for its executives and representatives, and has established policies related to various compliance issues, such as travel, gifts, and charitable giving.

Securiport’s Biometric Use and Data Privacy

Securiport strongly condemns the misuse of biometric technology and the related human rights abuses that arise from unwarranted surveillance. We believe that technology should offer governments the necessary advanced technological tools to maintain the country’s security and people’s safety, enable companies to provide services and solutions for greater efficiency, and empower individuals without infringing on their privacy or autonomy. The ethical use of biometric data is paramount, and Securiport stands firmly against any practices that violate human dignity or contribute to systemic oppression. Our commitment is to promote transparency, accountability, and respect for human rights. We advocate for responsible innovation that safeguards individual freedoms and fosters a fair and just society for all.
